Recognizing human capital as an essential component for the success of any organization, eHRMS Manav Sampada is created to enable the Central and State government bodies to organize and manage their personnel effectively with the use of electronic service records.

The main objective of creating this portal is to streamline human resource planning and management.  Initially, it was implemented in Himachal Pradesh, and later, funds were given to the NIC Himachal Pradesh and the Government of Jharkhand by MeitY to execute the same. Following this, a Product was created through software used in Jharkhand, and in other states such as Bihar (Forest), Maharashtra (Jal Pradhikaran), Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Punjab, Assam etc.

  • In the first step,  get into the web browser and search the ehrms.upsdc. gov.in. To directly reach the portal, you can click on the link https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in
  • Now, complete the login process by filling in details such as your User ID, Password, and Captcha code.

The Manav Sampada Application enables employees of government organizations to check their eService book and get information about employees, education, family, training, joining, leave, tour, salary service history, etc, provided they are registered with the Manav Sampada (Personnel MIS) official portal. Moreover, employees can apply for leave, and check their leave, online tour, and financial status. In addition, the Manav Sampada App provides option to delete leaves until it is pending & also to cancel the leave approved by the reporting manager. Besides, applied leaves can be viewed by the reporting managers, holding the authority to approve or reject the leave application.
